National Design-Build Award

Dear Mr. Langersmith,

We are very pleased to inform you that Goose Creek Correctional Center will receive a National Design-Build Award at the 2012 Design-Build Conference and EXPO in New Orleans, LA. The project was submitted by Neeser Construction, Inc. but as a member of the design-build team CML Specialties shares in this honor.

You can be justly proud of your achievement. The 2012 National Design-Build Awards program was the most competitive to date and the submission was rigorously judged by a panel of owners and DBIA™ professionals. Feel free to share the news of your accomplishment. In a departure from tradition, DBIA is not embargoing announcements of project awards until after the annual Design-Build Conference and Expo.

We hope you will join us for the conference, November 7-9, and for the awards ceremony and dinner on the evening of November 8. We will keep you up to date on the plans for these events.
